Dr. Paulin Basinga serves as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s country director for Nigeria, where he leads a growing team in the development and execution of the country plan, which fulfills the foundation’s programmatic priorities in Nigeria. Dr Basinga research interests include Primary Health Care programs and systems and link between Human Capital Development and Economic Growth. He is also an Affiliate Associate Professor at the Department of Global Health - University of Washington in Seattle.
