Dr. Tom Lissauer is Hon. Consultant Pediatrician and has developed several pediatric health partnership programs between Imperial College London and Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health and Rwanda in conjunction with the Rwanda Pediatric Association and Rwanda Ministry of Health. These included introduction of the ETAT+ (Emergency Triage, Assessment and Treatment plus Admission) course in the recognition of sick children for residents and hospital staff and improvement of neonatal care in hospitals. He is Hon. Professor of Pediatrics at University of Rwanda. His research interest is in neonatal care.
